A word on trying out new products

jodie / 15th September 2014

I think it’s really important to give a product enough time and a fair chance to do its job before forming a real opinion on it – unless it seriously irritates the skin of course, in which case fling it out the window (preferably while screeching like a furious chimpanzee hurling its faeces at a sexual rival).

Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Facial Pads | Review

jodie / 8th September 2014

I bought these after searching far and wide for a chemical exfoliant that was neither too harsh, nor too weak to do its job – these pads have 2.8% glycolic acid, so I thought this was enough to get me started (you can never be too careful when it comes to chemicals and the skin on your face).
